How do I care for my leather products?
To ensure that your leather products last a lifetime, it is important to take proper care. Regularly clean the leather with a soft brush or cloth, air it out, and condition it with specialized leather polish and products every 3-6 months. Do not iron, tumble dry or immerse leather in water to clean.
What are the payment options?
Products can be paid via EFT or online payments upon check out.
What are the courier charges?
Courier fees are currently at a fixed rate of R150 in South Africa. For all orders above R1500, shipping is free.
How will I know when my order has been sent?
We will notify you once your order has been sent, and will provide you with the tracking number and courier company details.
Are the shoe sizes according to South African sizes?
Yes, our shoes are standard South African sizes unless otherwise specified for a specific style.
Can I have custom shoes made?
Unfortunately we do not supply custom sizes and styles due to the time it takes and lack of resources for such projects.
Can I have a variation of color?
All our styles come in a number of different color options. Browse our product pages to view the color options available. If we do not have a style in the colors that you would like, you are welcome to other colors from our leather collection to make the style your own.

What is your return policy?
We do not allow any returns unless the product has factory defects and has not been worn or used. Should a return be requested, it needs to be approved by the relevant department and refund will be given in the form of a voucher. No cash refunds will be allowed, and no products bought on sale will be accepted for returns.
